Fantastic job opportunity for RNLD or RMN Deputy Manager to work with pristine hospital that are providing quality, inspiring innovation and delivering value is what their set out to achieve at hospital. Enabling their patients with mental health difficulties to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.

The successful candidate for this job will be offered competitive salary of £31,200 per annum plus other great benefit such as:

·         Annual payment of £1000 for continuous service for the first three years

·         25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and extra leave after 5 and 10 years’ service

·         Pension scheme with employer contribution, Plus many other great benefits.

Responsibilities-

Provide effective leadership to the care team, monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high standards of care to the service user.

·         Support the Manager to build team cohesion and skills base to ensure the services are responsive to the needs of service users.

·         Maintain an effective relationship with the Manager, keeping them informed of any issues or concerns in relation to the Home/Service, team or service user.
Support the Manager to ensure compliance with CQC.

·         Work effectively with the service user and or their representative to develop person centred care packages which reflect best practice and meet the needs and preferences of the service user.

·         Organise and attend staff and service user meetings.

The post holder will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills when liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team, external agencies and organisations, patients and relatives. The post holder should also have a good working knowledge of the mental health act.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate genuine commitment and enthusiasm for working with this client groups and excellent leadership skills. RNLD preferred, RMN will be considered.
